On a timely note, I’d like to take this opportunity to point out that the new tax law presents an opportunity for significant tax free wealth transfers to younger generations by providing for a $5 million gift tax exemption for 2011 and a top tax rate of 35 percent. We will discuss this and other provisions in future blogs, and will always do our best to keep you informed of tax law changes as they occur.
